A three-time winner of the New York High School State Championships (a first by anyone!), Jenna Loeb was an All-American three times in high school and was selected as the most accomplished tennis player in NY State. She ranked #1 in the USTA Eastern Tennis Section for eight years in a row and was ranked in the top 10 nationally as a junior. She played in the Junior Fed Cup for two years and was twice named the Journal News Athlete of the Year. American sensation Melanie Oudin captured the 2009 Kennedy Funding Women’s Championship in 2009 and then captured the hearts of millions as she shocked the world with her performance at the US Open. Dramatic upsets of #4 seeded Elena Dementieva, #29 seeded Maria Sharapova and #13 seeded Nadia Petrova made Melanie the youngest Grand Slam quarterfinalist since Serena Williams in 1999.
