The Kennedy Funding Invitational which took place at the Dellwood Country Club in
New City, NY from July 9th through the 16th, was a resounding success. Paul Goldstein,
the tournament winner, was awarded a check for $20,000, and Englewood Hospital's renowned Breast Care Center received $250,000 from the proceeds of the tournament.

Tournament organizers and sponsors were pleased with the Invitational's success, and
they have even bigger plans for 2007, which include larger championship purses and more extensive pre-tournament marketing plans. Representatives will be traveling to Spain and Brazil in an effort to recruit top-flight players, and organizers are confident that The Kennedy Funding Invitational will also benefit from this year's exposure in the media, as well as the tournament's players imparting information about the Invitational to their peers around the world.
